Traditional way of socialcollaborationand business models are impacted by Internet continuesly. With the development of social networks, network community has raised the heat gradually. As the popularity ofnetwork communitycontinued to gather in recent years, business circles has also come to realize the business opportunities hiddenina large numberofuser data, and started to explore the commercial value of enterprise network community. Research of academic circles about network community including knowledge innovation, relationships, knowledge sharing, information dissemination, etc. But it is inadequate on the research of commercial value. This paper presents the research of commercial value and development strategy on enterprise network community, so as to compensate for the lack of domestic research on commercial value about network community and help enterprises define commercial value of network community.This paper has reviewed extensive literatureandtheory, as "Attention Economy" "The newlaw of 4C inInternet era" and so on. On the basis of considering the subject and object which impact on commercial value, the main path and the indirect path, the paper conceived the research framework of business valuation about enterprise network community. Then, the paper established aBusiness ValuationModel with direction of four dimensions. The four dimensions are property of Enterprise Networkcommunity, informationcontent of Enterprise Networkcommunity, user behavior of Enterprise Networkcommunity and firm behavior of Enterprise Networkcommunity. This paper has conducted public investigations against the importance of each indicator using 5 level scoring method. After that the paper has calculatedthe indexweights scientifically with the method of AHP. In order to let the application of model is operable, the paper has fond relevantdata based onmodel index and Consultedexpert opinion to set up amarking scheme with methods of existing dataanalysis, as Equidistantzoning laws. Finally, the paperhas selected5 enterprisenetwork community, which are relatively mature,to gather statistics according to themarking scheme.Then the commercialvalue of 5 enterprisenetwork community is calculated andanalyzed comparatively. Empiricalanalysis was consistent withthe factsat present stage, proving that the comprehensiveEvaluation Model of commercial value about enterprise network community, which include index system,weight system, marking scheme,is scientifically valid.This article has discussed the business characteristics of enterprise network community at the end based on weights analysis of each factor in the model. Then severalstrategies andrecommendations are provided targetedly, which can help enterprise improve the competitiveness by using network community, from two perspectives. They areconstructionIdeas of community and OperationalStrategies.The paper starts a research from the features of enterprise network community, combined with the existing utility evaluation model. The results of research has practical value for the enterprise to carry out commercial operations using networkcommunity, and has referentialsignificance for the research which is associated to commercial value of network community.
