Study On Regional Differentiated Transfer Policy Of Henan Province

Henan Province is a famous populous province,and it is also the country’s Major Grain Production Base. But with the economic development and the advance of urbanization, the contradiction between Henan’s fewer land and more people become more prominent. As a major agricultural province, Henan began to look for ways to try to solve the current land shortage problem while the amount of guaranteed agricultural land, rural house base reforms precisely to solve this problem provides a guideline.Present, many parts of the country in full swing Residential Land pilot work,but the state did not introduce more standardized and specific transfer policy,transfer in many areas are unscientific and chaos.At the same time, there are many phenomena of Housing Land Transference in Henan.Housing Land Transference indeed can improve the efficiency of land use, especially for such a major agricultural province of Henan is concerned, but in the actual transfer process there are still many problems in urgent need of guidance to the relevant policies and recommendations to solve these problems and policies are It will be reflected in the study of this article.Based on the sort of homestead policy and evaluation of the policy, while based on the Transfer the status quo with the current homestead in Henan province were analyzed and we found that the introduction of the country now has homestead policies do not adapt to the status quo and the economic development of rural homestead.
