China Time-honored Brands are precious. However, many of these enterprises are facing restrictions, such as shortage of funds, scarcity of talent and lack of technical innovation in modern market competition. Losing competitiveness gradually, they are exposed to decline, demise and transformation. JXY, a typical China Time-honored Brand with a history of near a century, are facing expected challenges as well. Some of the problems, such as routinism in management, difficulties in development of traditional production and the lack of attention to customer relationship management(CRM), result in the loss of customers. JXY uses customer satisfaction theory and method based on local conditions to find its own market position. From meeting needs of customers to building up customer loyalty, JXY achieves customer personal value and eventually realizes its social value. The JXY customer management is with practical significance and theoretical value.At present, there are few theories of the impact of customer satisfaction in China Time-honored Brands. Moreover, most of them are theoretical research without logistics case study. This article is based on the empirical analysis of China Time-honored Brand JXY private enterprises. This article elucidates the situation of JXY in baking food manufacturing industry marketing environment and analysis the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise by SWOT. Also, it analyzes the existing problems and influencing factors to establish the influence factor model of JXY customer satisfaction and proposes strategies to improve customer satisfaction for JXY.Based on the Zhongshan JXY Food co. ltd. customer satisfaction research, this article analyzes the existing problems JXY faces to establish the customer satisfaction influence factor model and proposes strategies to improve customer satisfaction. This research results provide data references for customer management of Zhongshan JXY Food co. ltd., also provide support for business decisions to meet the needs of customer, build up customer loyalty and develop the market competitiveness of this China Time-honored Brand.
