The application of transgenic technology in agricultural production is a major breakthrough in food production technology, make a significant contribution to increase production, reduce costs and protect the environment.Although the hidden trouble in security of transgenic technology in recent years, make it become the focus of public attention, also hindered the transgenic technology of a large number of applications, but the world is to enlarge the planting of genetically modified food, our country also improving the priority level of research and development priority to increase transgenic crop research. Research on the commercialization of genetically modified crops also is various, so this article under the condition of the hypothesis of the commercialization of transgenic rice, from the perspective of the farmers’ interests, farmers will choose planting genetically modified rice, and under what conditions can choose planting genetically modified rice, forward the corresponding policy recommendations. In this paper, from the perspective of the farmers’ interests, to construct two different types of farmers to choose the profit function and maximize their profit. Then construct two types of farmers game model, in the model of type a farmer has a comparative advantage in the production of transgenic rice and type two has a comparative advantage in the production of traditional rice farmers and other model introduces the traditional and the replacement rate of transgenic rice, and consider the cost of production of traditional rice unit isolation and production cost of unit identification and traceability of genetically modified rice. Then this paper analyzes the two types of farmers game to achieve different equilibrium conditions, and in the final analysis the traditional rice unit production cost difference and isolation of traditional rice production costs and cost of production of transgenic rice unit marks and traceable differential effects on different equilibrium. The results found that the traditional and the replacement rate of transgenic rice affect the likelihood of different types of equilibrium reached, the greater the replacement rate reached the greater the chance of equilibrium. Poor farmers selection and the production cost of traditional rice and conventional rice cost of isolation and identification and traceability of genetically modified rice that is closely related to the cost difference, different levels of traditional rice production costs, and isolation of traditional rice cost with the identification and traceability of genetically modified rice is poor, can lead to farmers make a different choice. And farmers to achieve Nash equilibrium exists in the prisoner’s dilemma, farmers seeking to maximize their profits at the same time is decreased overall profit maximization.
