The personal credit evaluation service system for mobile clients means a lot to the telecom operators. First of all, in the context of full-service operations, the competition among operators tends to be homogenization, however, by the means of credit services, we can enrich the service methods and enhance the user stickiness, also, we can enhance the value of customers by credit leverage. Secondly, we need to identify the negative credit users and strengthen the control of them, so that we can reduce the arrearage and bad debts effectively. Thirdly, as the business tax is replaced with value-added tax and marketing costs are cut, we need to deliver the limited resources to the specific high-quality clients who have good credit. Finally, the trend of telecom data application is to open the big data abilities, which is symbolized by the personal credit services.Based on the technology of big data, we analyze the data of telecom operator, which includes payment and arrears、communication、social contact、terminal information、mobile Internet behavior and so on. We evaluate the credit of telecom clients in the more comprehensive and objective manner, from the debt-paying ability、credit history、social connection and other two dimensions.The personal credit evaluation model introduced in this paper supports the credit management of telecom clients, helps to reduce the loss caused by the risks of bad debts, and makes the clients more satisfied. On the other hand, this model effectively supports the consumer finance business related to telecom products, greatly improves the profitability of relevant telecom products.
