| Since China’s first logistics park in Shenzhen Pinghu logistics base appeared in 1998, China’s logistics parks has developed rapidly in recent 10 years and its industrial status has becomed increasingly prominent. Currently, the logistics park is not only a gathering place which support logistics activities, but also become an important support point for the logistics industry to achieve network, scale, intensive, informatization and a contact node between them. Under the new situation logistics park system should integrate into a larger network, play cooperative effect, so as to achieve the optimal allocation efficiency of logistics resources and logistics process. Anhui belongs to the central region, the logistics park started late, but rapid development, at present, the basic shape of Anhui logistics park has formed, logistics companies continue to accumulate, park construction is accelerating. Promoting cooperation in logistics parks will help Anhui logistics adjust the structure, transfer mode, and promote the upgrading. Help to speed up the scale of logistics, intensive, information, standardization, intelligent construction.On the basis of detailed analysis relevant theory and literature on logistics park and logistics park cooperation, using Matlab 8.3,Spss 19.0, Amos 17.0 etc. research tools,combined with literature analysis, game analysis, investigation analysis to analyze influence factors of Anhui Province Logistics Park cooperation, analyze the existing problems, countermeasures and suggestions are given.Chapter one Introduction.
