Research On Influencing Factors Of Agricultural Product Processing Industry Cluster’s Innovation Strategy Selection In China

International experience shows that, as a new economic development mode, the industrial cluster has played an important role on improving the efficiency of industrial innovation and industrial competitiveness, and has been widely adopted around the world. Agriculture as the "mother industry", is the survival of our country. Especially in today’s development of economic globalization and the rapid growth of the world population, the development of agriculture is an important aspect of China’s economic development. The agricultural products processing industry is the next source of agriculture, and has a big significance on promoting agricultural development and improving production efficiency. Recently years, through rapid development, agricultural product processing industry has become one of the pillar industries. But compared with developed countries, there is a huge gap, especially on the innovative capacity. Thus, cluster development who has innovation advantages is the inevitable way of the agricultural product processing’s development. The cluster makes information disseminates quickly and promote competition and cooperation of enterprises within the cluster. However, cluster innovation not only requires consume resources and face uncertain risks, but also worries about whether the benefits from innovation can make up for the cost, and even bring some benefits to the enterprises. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze factors who influence whether agricultural products processing industrial choose innovation strategy. And, the analysis is facilitative to find problems in the process of cluster innovation. What’s more, it has important theoretical and practical significance for the agricultural product processing’s development.For this reason, based on reviewing and sorting industrial cluster theory, cluster innovation theory and agricultural products processing industry cluster literature at home and abroad. By describing cluster innovation present situation of agricultural product processing and industry cluster, this paper summarizes the characteristics and development restrictions of agricultural products processing industry cluster development. In addition, by building factors index system of agricultural products processing industry cluster’s innovation strategy selection, this paper uses evolutionary game model to analyze the influence of various indicators of industrial cluster strategy choice. On this base, it selects 2009-2015 related data of eleven sub-sectors of agro-processing industries, using grey correlation model, the correlation of each influence factors and agricultural products processing industry cluster innovation strategy selection. The results show that, firstly, about the factors affecting agricultural products processing industry cluster’s innovation strategy selection, innovation capital, innovation ability, innovation synergy, innovation earnings conversion and innovation support have a positive impact on the selection of cluster’s choosing innovation strategy, and innovation overflow, innovation cost and innovation risk have a negative impact. Secondly, the various factors have different levels of agricultural products processing industry cluster’s innovation strategy selection. Among them, innovation cost has the greatest influence, closely followed by innovation capital and innovation ability. Thirdly, synergies is not strong among inter-enterprise within the agricultural product processing industry cluster. Cluster advantages can’t play well. Fourthly, innovation earnings conversion capability of China’s agricultural products processing industry cluster is weak, and converting innovation action into visible benefits.According to the status of agricultural product processing industry cluster development and innovation, as well as the basis of the analysis of factors influencing agricultural products processing industry cluster’s innovation strategy selection, this paper gives some related suggestions that, the government should reinforce policy guidance, the industry cluster should regulate the internal system and the corporate should make full use of the advantages of the cluster. In order to promote the development of agricultural products processing industry cluster and enhance the innovation ability of agro-processing industry clusters. At last, instruct this paper’s innovation points and shortcomings.
