| Since the reform and opening up, China’s economic strength has elevated quickly. As China’s economic system transits from a planned economy to a market-oriented economy.and the system of income distribution according to work is the dominant, a variety of modes of distribution coexist,not only our China’s income levels raise, but also the resource of income become more and more diverse. People have more to get involved in investment after spending money on satisfying the basic needs of living, and then accumulate more wealth so that can get property incone.It is noted that property income has become an important part of our disposable income. In 2014, after the change of statistical caliber, the property income of China’s urban citizens has reached to 2812.1 yuan,9% of that of disposable income, in 2013,the numeber of that of property income is 809.88 yuan taking an account of 3% of disposable income. The improvement of the level of the property income of China’s rural citizens and of the proportion of property income on disposable income is changing the construction of income distribution deeply.The study of property income has become an important issue of concern to the academic circle.
