Taking prosperous tieli lies as the study area, including four town three township, based on the GIS technology platform, by 1993, 2003, 2003 three years in remote sensing image to get the related information of land use, research the characteristics of time, space, change, to identify the main driving factors, at the same time choose four indexes, namely ecological abundance index, vegetation index( NDVI) and land degradation index(NDSI), and water channel density index(NDMI) to build evaluation system, quantitative calculate the prosperous tieli lies the whole ecological environmental quality level, so as to analyze relationship between land use and ecological environment. Mainly the following conclusions:1.1993 years, 2013-, prosperous tieli lies the main changes of land types is three kinds of land, cultivated land, forest land and construction land on time and space changes, 6 farming presents different characteristics.Changes:( 1) time prosperous tieli lies in land use situation of the whole stage of development, the utilization degree at the rising stage.
