With the growing popularity of Internet finance, the financial means of equity investment which is characterized as niche, high threshold, high risk and high potential benefits has gradually become a financial variety that ordinary people can participate in. And after several years of development, it has formed a relatively reasonable mode in many specific industries, and it basically does not only control the risk of the majority of small investors, but also to ensure their earned income. In May 2014, China made it clear that China Securities Regulatory Commission was in control of crowdfunding, and regulatory opinion draft was issued. On November 19 th of the same year, Premier Li Keqiang chaired the State Council Executive Meeting, he called for the establishment of a capital market re microfinance rapid mechanism, and he first proposed to carry out “equity crowdfunding financing pilot”, the PE era of the whole people will be realized in the near future.However, since China’s reform and opening up, due to the development of the second and the third industry is too rapid, it leads to the overall development of agriculture is relatively slow, and the disconnection is serious, coupled with agriculture has a lot of questions left over by history, the expected agricultural modernization cannot be achieved as expected, and it urgently needs to establish a clear and open channel that social resources are inclined to agriculture. Through the analysis of equity-based crowdfunding of some specific industries, this paper puts forward a model which is in line with China’s agricultural equity-based crowdfunding, and proposes suggestions to promote the development of China’s agricultural equity-based crowdfunding combined with the characteristics of agriculture in our country.The content of this paper is divided into four parts: The first part is the introduction, which mainly describes the background and significance of the topic; the literature review on the equity-based crowdfunding; the content and methods of the research, as well as the innovation and deficiency of the research. The second part elaborates the concept of equity-based crowdfunding and analyzes the development status quo of China’s agricultural equity-based crowdfunding. The third part is to sort out the existing mode of China’s equity-based crowdfunding and analyze the characteristics of other specific industry’s equity-based crowdfunding mode. The fourth part is to explore China’s agricultural equity-based crowdfunding mode, including the main problems that China’s agriculture face and the exploration of China’s agricultural equity-based crowdfunding, as well as suggestions for future development...
