Electronic payment won the majority of consumer recognition and favor with its convenient, efficient, automated and regardless of time limitations and other advantages from the date of birth, wide variety of electronic payment side also provides users with more choices. A variety of electronic payment methods in order to bring convenience, but also created a new problem, like distributed storage of electronic transactions, management difficulties and so on, accounting has become a sequela in the rapid development of electronic payments. Transaction generated data also dispersed throughout when using different trading platforms because of users tend to be the same user of multiple payment methods. Transaction data which have generated explosive growth trend with the growing scope and frequency of electronic payments, the users’ consumption recording situation is very difficult to understand. Thus, from the perspective of heterogeneous data integration, considering convenient billing demand in the huge amount of data in electronic payment environment, presents a new integrated approach among the multi-platform heterogeneous data heterogeneous data integration based on XML technology. The starting point of this paper’s contents is the defects in the existing electronic payment instruments accounting services, propose solutions to issues such as data scattered, incomplete description of financial flows, information redundancy. In the user-centered thinking of Web 2.0 era, in electronic payment needs of users as the starting point investigation, find the key items of individual user billing information, provide a practical basis for the accounting of cash flow description. Two core content of this paper: the first is the standardization of export transaction data, and the second is to export data after integration. Export standardized electronic payment transaction data is the data source in data integration, select the minimum size of transaction details as the data source and optimizing different structure data sources from different payment platforms, put forward two data export routes: "after the pilot optimization" and "after the first optimization Export"; secondly, integrating different data after export with XML technology, design a unified data architecture by using XML Schema, structuring transaction data for export, XML document for further integration after the re-structuring of the transaction, finally, write output generated intermediate file using XSLT, list all transaction data in accordance with the structure of the display panel. This article demonstrates the feasibility of data integration solutions through the relevant theoretical study, using sophisticated XML technology to solve problems in new areas, it seeks to provide a new solution to the overall planning for the integration of data in the field of electronic payments.
