| HFC Company has seven sets of air separation unit put into operation a long time, many device close to or over the end of life,It has seriously affected the air separation unit safe and stable operation,but also directly affect the supply of oxygen and nitrogen。Furthermore, these air separation units small scale,backward technology, high energy consumption, high production costs。according to actual condition,HFC Company will be transformed oxygen and nitrogen supply systems,build an advanced large-scale air separation unit.The Project is of great significance for the HFC Company,not only does the project can solve the underlying safety hazards,guarantee the stable operation of equipment,but also it will save a lot of water, electricity and maintenance costs, renovation costs and risk management,reduce production costs。HFC Company25000Nm3/h air separation unit project as this paper background,by studying,evaluation findings is given,It used to guide practice.The Basic Theory of project evaluation as the basis for the analysis in this paper, the use of market research, preferably comparison, system decomposition,quantitative and qualitative methods, gives a scientific and rational conclusions from market analysis, technical solutions, financial benefits, occupational safety, environmental impact, risk identification and so on. Research shows that the project is feasible.Market Analysis shows that the main products for internal use, not sold,by-product liquid argon sold to the user in Northeast China, so there is no market risk, liquid argon product market is guaranteed, the product solutions and the scale of construction is reasonable. Technical comparison shows that the molecular sieve adsorption, pressurized air circulation, the whole tower packing distillation, oxygen within the compression process is advanced, reliable, low energy consumption,it belongs to the international advanced level, and has been successfully applied in many sets of large and medium air separation plant, so this technique is feasible. Health safety and hygiene evaluation shows that security measures are effective. Environmental impact assessment shows that the amount of pollutants is very small, mainly for equipment and floor cleaning water and noise,by taking effective pollution control measures, emissions to meet the standard requirements, the project has little effect for the environment.Research Results provide a scientific basis for investment decisions to HFC Company’s leadership,and made a contribution for the right investment decisions,also provide a reference for the evaluation of similar projects in the same industry. Financial evaluation shows that after-tax internal rate of return was12.51%, higher than the benchmark rate of return. After-tax investment recovery period is 8.1 years, lower than the benchmark payback period. After-tax net present value is 3.89 million Yuan(I =12%), greater than zero. So the project is economically viable. Break-even analysis and sensitivity analysis shows that the project is not strong anti-risk ability. |
