After years of painstaking efforts, Nantong Tobacco Company not only has got the money and network advantages, and accumulated rich resources. However, with the constantly deepened reform of tobacco industry, we also should see the concern behind the prosperity, i.e., how to explore the new strategy and to find new profit growth point becomes the major task to face the demand situation of cigarette consumption. As a result, Nantong Tobacco Company increasingly focuses on learning useful experiences from home and abroad and values the sustainable development of strategic research.This paper applies the theory of strategic management, using the method of literature research and comparative analysis of development strategy in Nantong Tobacco Company, to conduct in-depth study with forward-looking views, feasibility and timeliness. Starting from the research background and significance, this paper analyzes the status of foreign tobacco industry and the factors affecting the future development of the industry, and then it describes the existing management mode and organization structure of Nantong Tobacco Company. This paper mainly analyzes the existing problems and sums up the seven weak links affecting and restricting the development of my company. Then through the analysis of the internal and external environment and SWOT, this paper identifies the opportunities and threats as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the development. Thus Nantong Tobacco Company made the development strategy choice and put forward the growth strategy.In the end, this paper focuses on the implementation of development strategy,including the Internet plus, customer service and brand cultivation. The paperexplored the "Internet plus" strategy explores the upgrading of B2 B platform and retail terminal cooperation, learning from Sunning company, to create tobacco "one,two wings, three cloud, three end" model, in order to optimize and enhance the user experience to meet the multi-level consumer demand. Exploration on the construction of “Non tobacco products ”platform, from the “We Chat terminal” of the implementation of Internet plus strategy, establish tracking and service system to consumers as the center, play the role of micro interconnection. This paper discusses the basic customer service strategy and the strategy of community customer service based on "pool", "Star" and "net", it explores the construction of the "network"-oriented community, to change the "Nantong tobacco- retail customers- consumers," the single line of the status quo. Emphasis on business collaboration and full participation in the development and sustainable development of the brand strategy.Then from the point of view of development from a new perspective, it puts forward Nantong tobacco company development strategy implementation of security measures, detailed description of the settings to enhance the enterprise asset management department, personnel structure, integration of work and supervision department. It points out that the learning organization drive innovation, the training of talents, the logistics distribution system to protect the electronic commerce, and the regulation of the tobacco market. The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for the future market reform of tobacco companies in Nantong, to provide reference for the future development of other local tobacco companies, to provide a theoretical platform for the future development of the tobacco industry.
