In today’s world, the Internet is widely popularized with a rapid development of the information technology. Thanks to this, e-commerce has brought a considerable changes to people’s lives. The “Internet Plus” is now changing people’s way of lives and a number of things concerned with the international trade such as its patterns, systems and mechanisms, which creates a new business mode.E-commerce has improved people’s lives with more conveniences and high efficiency. Consumers can purchase anything they want on line at home, without limitation of time and space. Business men from across the world are able to carry out trade exchanges on the internet without meeting with each other. For each foreign trade enterprise, e-commerce has exerted a strong impact on the traditional international trade. Featuring openness, cross-region and timeliness, e-commerce has promptly taken up the global economic market, changed the previous transaction mode for international trade, brought down the business cost, minimized the cargo loss resulting from the natural factors, improved the reputations for buyers and sellers, guaranteed the goods safety, simplified the transaction process and increased more opportunities.E-commerce has affected the international trade in many aspects. It has not only created business opportunities for enterprises from different countries, but also shortened the transaction distances and time. Business trade will never be restricted by geological locations and natural conditions. It also simplified the complicated procedures for the traditional trade and improved the transaction efficiency. Consequently, it has realized a global, intelligent and paperless transaction for international trade. As a developing country, China enjoyed an ever-increasing development in trade and economy since it was included by WTO, maintaining an export volume far more than the import amount. Employing the E-commerce in the international trade can not only change the traditional economic structure and trade growth pattern in our country, but also can bring substantial changes in China’s foreign trade.In addition to influences of e-commerce on the trading between enterprises, the thesis also discussed its effects on the transactions between enterprise and individuals. It has made the analysis from the aspect of influencing mechanism. Based on the theoretic analysis, the thesis discussed the trade development at home and abroad as well as its development enhanced by e-commerce. It made the explanation in terms of trade patterns, trade body, and trade operating management. The author has made a systematic analysis on the trade flow, business platform, business mode, information flow and commerce flow in perspective of influence mechanism. He also carried out case studies to compare three representative enterprises and drew a conclusion on their distinctive characteristics. Finally, the author has put forward advisable suggestions related to e-commerce.
