| With the coming of the era of economic globalization, the knowledge has past the status of some material elements to be the business core competencies of dealing with numerous and complex market environment to survive and develop.Compared with the traditional economy, the enterprises pay more attention to the total amount, quality, applications of knowledge in knowledge era economy, knowledge management will undoubtedly become an important part of business management.And knowledg sharing is the basis and premise of personal level knowledge circulating, integrating, appreciating, eventually elevating to the core competitiveness of enterprise.lt should be a no substitute and a key part in knowledge management activities. However, different people have different qualifications, background, experience, and the unique knowledge they have may be the key to their own core competitiveness,but not everyone will share knowledge with others spontaneously. So companies should face and resolve the problem that how to establish appropriate incentive for knowledge sharing.Since individual behavior most happens in social situations,and the research on the behavior of individuals from the perspective of social networks has been of concern to many scholars.This paper uses the internal social capital theory to study knowledge sharing behavior. This paper constructs the internal social capital, organizational commitment and knowledge sharing mode on the basis of reading a lot of literature, and teases out the development context and research review about the three variables related theory. Secondly in order to verify the assumptions and theoretical models, this paper designs, distributes, recovers questionnair and identifies the research questionnaire. Finally this paper uses SPSS1.9 software to analyse data, including reliability and validity, correlation and regression analysis to explore the relationship between internal social capital, organizational commitment and knowledge sharing in technology enterprises and gets the following conclusions: Internal social capital and knowledge sharing behavior is in the forward-related; Internal social capital and employee organizational commitment is a positive correlation, organizational commitment in knowledge sharing and internal social capital plays intermediary role. |
