Research Of Competitiveness In Jingjinji Area——from The Perspective Of Industry Convergence

In this paper, by constructing specialization index of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and city competitiveness index to measure the area of industry convergence condition and the status quo of the competitiveness, and further investigated under the perspective of industry convergence in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region competitive situation, combined with three difference of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region competitiveness specific situation analysis, and finally gives reference suggestion to increase the competition ability of the region. Specialization index based on the analysis of the final can be found:first, the structural differences of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region manufacturing is improving; At the same time, the manufacturing of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region structural differences revealed a significant change of gradient. Data analysis also shows that the geographical position of Beijing and Tianjin nearby and similar resources endowment condition, makes the structure differences between them, the smallest degree at a very low level of specialization; According to the city competitiveness index, we can draw the following facts:although the level of the comprehensive competitiveness of Beijing in the first of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, however, its competitiveness index is less than 0.5, thus it can be seen that the overall economic competitiveness level of Beijing is still very lack, the future can excavate potential is still large. The comprehensive competitiveness of Tianjin city the second level in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, however, its competitiveness from competitiveness index in Beijing still have large gap with less than 0.5, the first show that the future economic development in Tianjin has greater potential than Beijing development space, at the same time also suggests that Tianjin city competitiveness level low status. From city to city in Hebei province comprehensive economic competitiveness index average ranked third in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the cities in the province is livable city competitiveness index is higher in Tangshan and Shijiazhuang. But from the overall, Hebei cities in living and doing business within the suitability of these areas compared with Beijing and Tianjin no relatively prominent advantages, and the gap is bigger. In under the condition of industry convergence in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the path of how to effectively promote the competitiveness of the city, the paper gives the following Suggestions:Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region need linkage, "the Beijing and Tianjin" twins "dual-core" together. In Hebei province should seize the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei national strategy this historical opportunity, take the initiative to undertake the transfer of the Beijing and Tianjin two areas related industries, to build a comprehensive infrastructure and improve the conditions of market economy development and special attention to the Beijing and Tianjin the interaction between the two cities, transportation, logistics, information and technology diffusion to achieve the combination of depth.
