In recent years, China’s economy has maintained the momentum of rapid development of long-term and the consumption of resources is great, especially oil. But by limiting the amount of domestic energy exploration, resulting in domestic energy exploitation cannot meet the domestic needs of economic development, energy demand gap is growing, has to import oil and other resources from the international market. With the increasing volume of imports, our dependence on foreign energy be increasing, seriously affected the country’s energy security. Therefore, energy-oriented enterprises are gradually on the international stage, stepped out of the country to seize the energy in the international market, actively participate in international competition to.YC group overseas mergers and acquisitions of Canada producing fields is treated as the strategy study in this essay.
