At present, it is a peak of Family Enterprise’s succession in our country. The scholars and entrepreneurs have paid more and more attention on the issue of intergenerational inheritance. For family business, entrepreneur’s social capital is the core part of enterprise relationship capital. The intergenerational transmission process relates the success of Family Enterprises.This paper base on the interviews of 5 enterprises, which are different inheritance patterns and in different regions. The paper studies six influence factors as the family situation、 network location、network capability、relationship、relationship between cost、locking relation idea。 What is more, the paper puts forward the theoretical hypothesis and conceptual model, and analyzes the relationship between the inheritances of different influencing factors. The study found that:(1) the family situation, network structure, network capability, relationship between the locking is the most important factor influencing the relationship between inheritances, relationship between costs and again, finally is the relation concept. Although the relation concept mainly affects the acquisition of relation resource, but because the two phase relation acquisition degree will affect the relationship between inheritances after, therefore the factor cannot be ignored. (2) For the different background, different transmission modes of enterprises, the degree of importance of contingency factors affecting the relationship between inheritances are also different. For the successor to take over the family business form of succession through entrepreneurial way, value is the relationship between the expansion of resources, we should focus on fostering successor network capacity; for normal succession successor inheritance way, it is important to acquire and maintain the generation of the entrepreneurial network. Due to resource for parents of this inheritance relationship before carding, understanding method its network capability, relationship between the locking the maintenance and the relationship way; unexpected condition examples appear normal inheritance process, notice of entrepreneurs in the intergenerational inheritance before you save. (3) The relationship commitment in the small and medium-sized enterprise survival and development of enterprise value was not obvious. Firstly in the line of the supply chain is the quality and price of products, the difference is not the case, will consider the "relationship". so the family business in succession should not only attach importance to the inheritance relationship network, but also to ensure the product competitiveness, which is the fundamental business survival.According to the research of family businesses, we should pay more attention to intergenerational inheritance in the following points:(1) at the phase of acquainting resources between the relationship, the successors should be taught the relationship between philosophy firstly. Secondly the successors should sort out the relationship between their fathers’ resources. Finally the successors should be introduced to the "resource circle". (2) in the stage of the maintenance and expansion relationship, firstly, we must define what is the key to the relationship between the nodes. Secondly we need to understand how to better maintain the relationship. Thirdly, in expanding relations, we should consider the successors’relationship management capability, and network construction capacity. Fourth, for a number of phenomena that exist in reality, such as the successors should face to questions in the intergenerational transmission occasion (3) In the phase of integration relations, on the one hand the successors should actively absorb the social network of their fathers, on the other hand they should build their own network according to their friends and classmates. In further, the successors should mix together their fathers’relationship and their own relationship.
