With the continuous expansion of the medicine market, the pharmaceutical logistics showing a good developing in China, especially under the background of the new GSP implement. Some welcome changes appeared inside the logistics industry, that include, the increasing concentration of industry, the enhancement in the level of software and hardware, the rapid rise of third-party pharmaceutical logistics and fast development of new forms of industry such as E-business. Medicine can be classified as a kind of special commodity. As for pharmaceutical logistics, there still exist many problems. Based on pharmaceutical enterprises, this paper summarized medicine logistics and put forward questions by analyzing the concept of drug and logistics.Firstly, after reviewing the knowledge of logistics, pharmaceutical logistics and pharmaceutical company, this paper finds out their internal relation. Then, problems in logistics management of domestic medicine enterprise was studied by analyzing the development and the present situation of the pharmaceutical logistics at home and abroad as well as the relevant management practices in our Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Supply Practice (GSP). Finally, through the study of the most typical case in modern logistics-cold chain logistics, on the basis of the relevant requirements in GMP and GSP, this paper focuses on its basic technical principles, facilities, the specific methods of implementation and the advantages over traditional logistics.The innovation of this paper lies at introducing modern management idea of logistics, which is important in development of modern logistics, then, through the study of the most typical case in modern logistics-cold chain logistics, macro and micro factors were analyzed and modern methods were described to lay the foundation of modern logistics.
