OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) in the manufacturing industry, particularly in the application of the rapid development of the information industry is very extensive. The enterprise competition strategy is to expand the scale of production, reduce the production cost as the core of production mode, to focus on new technology; new products rapidly transformed the center market mode of operation.Enterprises to survive and develop in the current global economic integration market environment, must determine and develop their own core competitiveness, the core competence are to focus on the key business activities. So the quality management is so important for OEM.The paper background, purpose and significance of topics, and conclude that the change management in OEM factory is very important, so try to introduce effect analysis theory of OEM factory to change management, secondly, according to the quality management control process, descript the change management process in executing the process, increase the successful rate of the project;Then, the effect analysis are introduced in detail, refer to the butterfly effect, barrel effect, herd behavior, build a framework of quality management mode; Finally, through the case Culligan cooperation Jian lin OEM factories’ example, Effect Analysis theory in the project quality management can effectively control the project running, and verify Jian lin from OEM-ODM-OBM.
