Sentiment, as an important part of people’s psychological activity, directly affects people’s life and work. So the study of emotions is naturally related to people’s life and work. Mood and emotional labor is an important subject. It is the concept of the American sociologist Hochschild who first discovered and mentioned in the research. Emotional labor are those who need interaction with customers in their work. They need to adjust their own emotional expression at any time to make it suitable for the requirement of specific work. And under the normal circumstance; employees can change their facial expressions to emotional expression. It also can change the way of their inner emotional experience. This kind of management can be called as emotional labor. And, in the study of Hochschild, in the process of emotional labor, emotional can be used as a tool to get the salary. It has been given a transaction value. Since then, emotional labor has become one of the focuses of psychology and management research. And emotional labor is not only the perpetrators themselves, but also has a direct impact to an organization, and even some emotional labor is a new type of labor. More researchers began to adopt qualitative research method to explore the emotional labor. And mainly its dimension and antecedent variables were studiedA large number of results of emotional labor has emerged. But the existing researches explore more emotional labor, job burnout stress, job satisfaction, turnover intention and organizational commitment. Little research is on emotional labor relations and employee deviant behavior. This article has found that there is a certain relationship, but not a simple linear relationship. And the emotional exhaustion variable will have partial intermediary effect between them.Review of a large number of literature, it can be found that the existing studies of emotional labor more focused on service in the industry. Businesses provide customers service which is not only the visible products, but also staff and customer contact. The quality of service is more prized by employees’ certain emotions at work. At the same time, they also followed by the emotional problems in the process of their work. As service industry, preschool teachers also belong to high emotional labor group. To complete the teaching mission, they should not only show the specific emotions, such as exaggerated or depressive mood, but also play different social roles, which belong to the emotional labor process. And in the process of camouflage mood, preschool teachers will produce emotional exhaustion, which may make damage to the organization and the interests of others Therefore, a comprehensive study on the development of the preschool teachers’ emotional labor can make a prediction for their level of emotional exhaustion. This research adopts the emotional labor scale, job burnout scale——subscales emotional burnout, scale and employee deviant behavior scale to search the kindergarten teachers in Suzhou city of Anhui province with the questionnaire survey. It not only investigates the different gender, age, length of service and the degree of the characteristics of the preschool teachers’ emotional labor, but also the relationship between employee deviant behavior. It also study the emotional exhaustion in preschool teachers’ emotional labor and the mediation mechanism of the deviant behavior. The results show that:(1) since the preschool teachers’ personal background is different, they have different performance in terms of emotional labor;(2) the surface behavior of emotional labor degree of emotional exhaustion dimension and employee deviant behavior are significantly positive correlation, while the deeper behavior degree of emotional exhaustion dimension and employee deviant behavior was significantly negative correlation relationship;(3) the staff’s degree of emotional exhaustion and deviant behavior in the workplace has significant positive correlation;(4) the emotional exhaustion in the surface layer behavior and employee deviant behavior has partial intermediary effect on employee deviant behavior, namely the preschool teachers use surface behavior and deep behavior in the work, through which the influence on the degree of emotional exhaustion has happened, and then affect employees’ deviant behavior.
