For the enterprises, cost control is becoming a necessary means and methods to improve the profit.In the thesis, through the cost control in design & implementation stage during the entire cycle of the project, solving the cost management problems of SCI in the process of LW series decanter centrifuge R&D project. During the design stage, through introducing the value engineering idea, value engineering derivational idea, value engineering variational recommendation system, combining with the practical operating conditions of SCI, formulating the corresponding value engineering evaluation mechanism of the design stage; By means of the operation of the mechanism, effectively controlling the the cost of SCI in the design stage of LW series decanter centrifuge R&D project. In the implementation stage of the project, through the dual methods of the earned value control and improving the quality control, proceeding the cost control in the implementation stage.Through the cost control in design & implementation stage, they are optimizing and upgrading the cost control of SCI in LW series decanter centrifuge R&D project, improving the original cost management mode of SCI gradually, increasing the competitiveness of enterprises in the market. |
