Research On The Risk Evaluation And Control Of The Risk Investment Project Of The Internet Industry Of China

Risk investment institutions are the important intermediary of capital market,venture capital is of great significance to the promotion of economic and social development.The Internet industry,as a representative of the emerging industry, in recent years has made rapid development, accordingly, the Internet industry is gradually concerned by venture capitalists and venture investment institutions because its characteristics of high technology and high growth.Therefore, the analysis and evaluation of risk factors on the Internet industry project,so as to control the Internet industry project investment risk, have important realistic meaning for promoting two-way development between both the risk investment industry and the Internet industry.Firstly, this paper analyzes the development situation and problem of Chinese Internet industry and risk investment industry. In our country, at present, risk investment industry also exists these problems: relevant laws and regulations are not perfect, the development of intermediary service institutions lag, lack of professionals, lack of effective exit channels and other issues. In field of the Internet industry, the Internet-oriented tend of the traditional industries, the competition pattern of BAT, the gradually notable problem of information security are the three important characteristics.Then,this paper analyzes the risk factors of China’s Internet industry investment project, we take environmental risk, management risk, technology risk, market risk, exit risk as the main risk factors of the Internet venture investment project. At the same time, This paper analyzes the difference between the venture investment project of Internet industry and traditional industry,we also carry on research on the risk control methods of Internet venture investment project in American.We conclude that further improving the construction of multi-level capital market,improving the operation of venture capital investment professional level and choosing the mainstream form of organization is the enlightenment to our country from the experience of risk management in the USA.In empirical research, firstly,we conduct the research on the key factors that impact risk control of the Internet industry risk ivestment from the perspective of exit performance.The development time,the cycle of investment,lacation,the type of equity,investment amount, capital scale of the venture capital company and the scale of the target Internet industry company are all important indexes;At the same time,this paper, uses the AHP to construct the risk evaluation model on China’s Internet industry risk investment project, takes an example based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for risk evaluation of Internet industry project A.Finally, this paper proposes control measures of the Internet industry project of our China.Finally, according to the research conclusion, we put forward the countermeasure and suggestion from three levels which concluding risk investment institutions,target Internet company and government. The risk investment institutions should enhance their own ability, strengthen the top-level design, speed up the update of experience; target Internet company should strengthen the post investment management to control specific risk; government should improve the relevant laws and regulations, strengthen the construction of multi-level capital market system, and create a good environment for the development of the Internet Industry.
