Research On The Influence Mechanism Of The Network Power Of The Core Members In CoPS Situation

Technological innovation has great progress from two aspects of Complex Products and Systems is a concept raised by European-American scholars which is aimed to differ from the concept of Mass Customization. CoPS refers to the complexity of the high, the size of the value of large, engineering intensive capital goods or projects,including 3G/4G comunication system,High-speed rail,subway,Civil aviation system and so on. In recent years, CoPS was promoted to the national strategic level, and develop rapidly as one of the national breakthrough innovation in the reason of one of the main forms of national innovation and the great promotion on the national economy..High speed increasingly become China’s diplomatic card,and the construction of metro and 4G,3G communication network happen everywhere in China.However,with the rapid development of CoPS,in our country many enterprises suffer from the lack of network control force and effect.what we can find from recent CoPS innovation risks is that many accidents happen because of opportunistic behavior of members of the network caused by enterprise network power shortage.The deep research on the power and network governance of CoPS innovation network and to provide practical guidance for many CoPS enterprises to enhance the network control has become the urgent task of theoretical circles,especially innovation management filed.To enhance the network power, we need to clarify the impact of network power. But previous research on network power influence factors exists two major problems:One is the single factor (structure,knowledge,ability etc)consideration, not attempting to combine the two or more factors to explore the network power.Two is the lack of specific network of the situation analysis, ignoring the impact of the situation changes in the effect of the difference.This paper deeply grasps the characteristics of CoPS situation, introduces the integration perspective, and defines the research questions as the network power influence mechanism of network members in CoPS situation.Firstly,On the basis of reviewing the literature and the combination of situation, the initial analysis framework of integrating network position and knowledge value is constructed. Secondly, the initial model is modified by the method of exploratory case. The network position, knowledge value and network density are analyzed in the same framework.Finally, the model test is carried out with the method of large sample, and the results are compared with that of the literature.The research results confirm that in CoPS situation,network members’ network power is mainly influenced by the two aspects of network attributes (network location) and individual attributes (knowledge value),and the influence of the two is regulated by the density of the network, but the network density is different .The network density strengthens the knowledge value to the network power, but weakens the function of the network position to the network power.lt means that at low density, the position of the network is more obvious, and the value of knowledge is more obvious in the high density.In the network position and the value of knowledge, it is concluded that the role of the central role is not as important as the center of the intermediary, and the role of knowledge is less important than that of knowledge.As a result, the paper puts forward the strong relationship between the training and the key members, trying to improve the management suggestion of the non replaceable special knowledge reserve and so on.
