Research On The Profitabilty Of Commercial Banks In Rural Areas

After ten yeaars of reformation and development,China’s rural credit cooperatives and rural commercial banks have gradually changed.The joint-stock commercial banks will be more responsive to the development of the economic.Reformation will be the main mode of the development.But how profitable after the restucturing of rural commercial banks,this article will discuss this issue,and try to find the pfofitability of the rural commercial banks. What’s more,this study also try to "find the factors which will affact the profitability of the rural commercial banks.At the same time,I work at the Yantai rural comercial banks,so in the analysis of the study,I use the data of it to explain. And the end,I give my personal idea to the better development of the YRCB.The study will firstly explain the risks and challenges faced by commercial banks,and mainly introduced the main risks and challenged by the rural commercial banks.Then,the paper will form a commercail banks’profitability measurement system,accroding to the internal and external factors.Finally,the paper will study the mainly factors that affect the rural commercal banks,combined with the further analysis framework of rural commercial banks.At the same time,the paper present some personal ideas to promote the probility of China’s rural banks.
