After 2004, The Bank launched the country’s first foreign currency and RMB wealth management products from the development of domestic commercial banks, financial products from this prelude. Our financial products market has grown rapidly in size and number of products are very large, but the bank financing is still difficult in recent years development. The lack of high-yield products, low income weaken the competitiveness of products, and changes in assets side have made the development of the banking industry is not optimistic. Since 2008, financial products "zero income", "real income is lower than expected revenues" occurs frequently, imperfect and incomplete product descriptions manner of information disclosure system so that investors get fewer channels of financial product information, thereby causing damage to the interests of investors, which would lead investors to financial products increasingly questioned.The purpose of this paper is that the financial market for the current number of complex financial products to investors’position as the starting point, to provide reference for investors, to allow it to effectively carry out assessing the profitability of products, in line with their own conditions and select investment products, to develop a more reasonable investment strategy. As for the banks themselves, the results provide a theoretical basis for its product design, improve the efficiency of financial products issued.The full text is divided into five parts:the first part is the introduction, a brief analysis in this paper, we study the present background of the commercial bank financial management products, and the institute has theoretical significance and practical significance. The fifth part, according to research conclusions, respectively, from the Angle of supervision level, Banks and investors, it puts forward relevant policy Suggestions.General analysis of factors affecting’s conclusions indicate that:yield financial products out of the obvious downward trend in 2014. Market share of state-owned banks and joint-stock banks to maintain a downward direction, while city commercial banks and rural financial institutions is the continuation of the upward trend. From the point of view of underlying assets, bonds and money market products accounted for most of the market share, and market share also increased year by year.Conclusions can be obtained through empirical analysis:Profit and issuers of commercial financial products integrated financial capability, commissioned period, the bank may be terminated, investment direction and interest rates were positively correlated with the type of issuers, investors early termination were negative correlation.
