The Study On The Status And Development Strategy Of Community Finance

With the increasing economic growth in China, community economy gradually becomes a new form of the country’s booming urban and rural economy. This form of economy not only greatly improves urban and rural development, but also brings convenience to people live in community, helping the financial work be all-sided and deep. However, our country’s community finance, which has a late start, fails to offer the various requests from the community. Therefore, it is an important issue to deal with all kinds of problems during development of community finance. Proceed from related management and financial theory, this paper provides a prudent and deep analysis of problems met in developing community finance, based on the actual conditions in Linyi.This paper can be made up of five parts:Part one:Introduction. Some simple information of paper content, structure and literature review. This part gets the paper’s ideas and logic into shape, making some groundwork in order to propose current community finance problems.Part two:Some basic concepts and cores of community finance. Based on previous introduction, this part imports critical ideas like community and community finance. It studies the relations among these concepts and introduces the history and experience of community finance development at home and abroad.Part three:Analysis of problems and causes existing in China’s community finance. According to the real situation at CMSB Linyi Branch, the paper divides the community finance into three levels:country, town and city, and analyzes current situation, problems and reasons.Part four:Study of community finance development strategy. Standing on previous research, this part discusses the operation mode which fits to community finances with different level, and proposes relevant growing strategy, according to the actual request of community finance development.Part five:Conclusion and suggestions. This part summarizes all the studies and results above, and comes to a conclusion and some suggestions combined with the finance developing trend in China.Innovations in this paper are as follows:First, the paper connects with the practical situation of financial work in CMSB Linyi Branch, dividing communities into three levels:country, town and city. Based on the community level, it definitely analyzes the community finance in different environment and determines the bottleneck issues during development.Second, according to the actual financial work effect, the paper proposes a development strategy which suited to various conditions, aiming at the diversity of community finance. It provides a good example and great significance for community finance work in China.
