The traditional banking in order to stand in the wave of financial reform, must strengthen management to promote self value. In today’s economic situation, Banks and loan interest rates, financial management have little difference, people in the pursuit of the humanist service of Banks’ earnings at the same time pay more attention to the bank, the standardization of the management, streamline processes. The competition of banking is not only the product competition, more gradually promoted to service competition. Under the condition of the products were at the present stage, people are more willing to choose the agency services. Banks only win customers, to win the market. To gain a foothold in the financial markets, improve the service level and service quality has become the inevitable developing trend of commercial Banks.This article mainly around the banking system, how to apply lean six sigma management methods improving operation issues of service quality. At first, the western developed countries is in manufacturing using lean six sigma management methods improve improve enterprise operation, effective after adopted by other fields. This management way is to combine efficiency and perfect quality can improve the customer satisfaction and improve the efficiency of the enterprise management concept and system method. Domestic many Banks began to seriously study how to apply lean six sigma management method to improve the service quality. Banking industry by using lean six sigma method, improve the employee’s work efficiency, make the enterprise gain a profit.Research, this paper analyses the current status of minsheng bank operating service, found that exist in the process of operation management in the halls of service, cash receipts and payment process, operating efficiency problem such as customer waiting time is too long, lean six sigma management method research on the analysis of existing problems and solve them.
