Investment banking needs are growing, the personal financial business gradually get the attention of the bank. For commercial banks, the development of personal finance bussiness, can make up for the shrinking of the enterprise financial business, balance the enterprise loan risk, achieve the overall profit growth easily. From the current situation and trend of the development of global banking, personal finance business is one of the fastest growing business in recent years, and it has become one of the most profitable projects. With the full liberalization of China’s financial market, foreign banks compete in the Chinese market, which gives more pressure to the domestic banks. Personal financial business as the main profit project has become a hotly contested spot. Analysis of the development of domestic commercial banks’ personal financial business, find out the problems, explore the reasons, and proposed solutions on combination of the successful experience of foreign banks and their own national conditions is very useful.On the basis of research and analysis of a large number of documents, this paper puts forward six problems: first, not paying attention to the business; second, the separate operating system limits the business; third, the market segmentation is not enough; fourth, the electronic sub platform business development is too slow; fifth, the lack of professional talent, the risk awareness is not strong, the lack of credit system, etc.. And combined with the successful experience of foreign countries and the national conditions, the corresponding solution is put forward.
