Pesearchon Enterprise Private Cloud Project Investment Decision

With the rapid development of science and technology all over the world, the arrival of information age, the application of cloud computing in worldwide caused the research upsurge. Many companies began to invest in the construction belongs to the enterprise’s own cloud services platform- a private cloud, but building a private cloud in investment project, how to comprehensively considering many factors, is a very important problem. At first, this paper narrates the background of enterprise private cloud project investment, and then for private cloud elaborates the relevant theories and methods of the project investment decision-making, and analyzes the advantage of project and the construction of the private cloud of private cloud, and then introduce the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(ahp), according to the construction of the enterprise private cloud need to consider the cost of the project, business, technical, the safe four aspects of many factors, and different construction scheme, using hierarchy analysis tools, to build a private cloud project hierarchy analysis model, the enterprise investment focus on economic indicators and economic indicators are all included, finally select specific private cloud project as an empirical case, private cloud project preliminary consideration on construction enterprise comprehensive evaluation, three schemes are proved the validity of the model.
