The Construction And Mode Of Operation And Management System Of Intelligent Park Based On The View Of The Information Technology

With the "Smart city" construction, combined with the development of IoT(Internet of Things), mobile Internet, big data, low carbon and environmental protection, new generation of information technology, "Smart park" has become the development goal of all sorts of business parks, tourism theme parks, industrial parks, cultural and creative industrial parks. The "Smart park" establishes highly coordinated, closely linked system platform, covering a variety of activities of park management, enterprises, employees and visitors, monitoring, collecting, processing a variety of campus information, effectively enhance the park management efficiency and service quality, motivating the product production and sales of the enterprises, providing convenient work and life to the employees and visitors. The combination of IT and "Smart Park" can achieve effective coordination between different intelligent systems within the park. Data sharing, through the mobile Internet, Internet of things technology to build the "Smart park" platform with a scalable business configuration management function, it can provide a variety of services to households, enterprises, park managers, maintenance and so on, to meet the individual needs of the users.Based on national information strategy and smart city construction requirements, based on the requirements of Shanghai urban development and functional transformation, based on the continuous development strategy and functional positioning of various parks, through the import of Internet of things technology, cloud computing and mobile communications and other information technologies, to reach a comprehensive, digital, networking, intelligent applications campus. Based on system theory, innovation theory and industrial innovation theory, this paper takes the "Smart Park" as the angle and the application of information system as the research object, discusses the effect on the innovation of "Smart Park" from the construction and operation of the information application system, and analyzes the effect and influence on the park development from the innovation of information system application. This paper is divided into five parts.
