| In the era of knowledge economy, enterprise management environment is becoming more complicated, especially with high technology, Internet + as the representative of new economic form, which is a rapid rise, it is urgent for enterprises to continuously improve the ability to face the market dynamics, continuously enhance the core competitiveness, in the fierce competition in products and services to seek survival and development. As a result, the project team has been favored by many famous companies, and has been widely used in practice. As the subject of project management, the project team work investment and the enthusiasm of how much is bound to a great extent affect the implementation of the project. Establish and improve the incentive mechanism of the project team, continue to strengthen the effective incentive, help to deepen the team cooperation is the prerequisite to maintain the project team to maintain the vitality and competitiveness. However, with the increase of the complexity of the project and the diversity of the members, some of the aggregation of the project team is reduced and the work enthusiasm is weakened. How to create and maintain a dynamic and efficient team, so as to make the different background of the individual to identify with each other, to carry out the same action, has been the core task of project team management and construction.This study uses the literature research, questionnaire survey and comprehensive analysis, the project team as the research object, and focus on the A project team as the research object, to achieve the project progress and the development of the members of the win-win effect, to achieve the best project team overall performance.Except the introduction and conclusion, this study is divided into four parts: the first part mainly explains the related concepts of project team motivation, and the second part of the A project team as the case, focus on the current situation and existing problems of the project team, the third part, the fourth part, based on the dual factor theory of motivation, to explore the effective way to strengthen and improve the team members’ job satisfaction, and to inspire the project team. |
