Enterprise’s current assets are very important to the enterprise’s capital chain, which is related to the distribution of funds and the operation of the accounts, etc. the management of enterprise’s current assets is a key part of the enterprise’s normal operation. For the management of enterprises, the management of all aspects of liquid assets need to be combined organically, and the management of money flow assets, revenue and expenditure accounts, inventory and so on should complement each other. This thesis focuses on the research of is chemical enterprises, and in a chemical enterprise as an example, from the current situation of the management of investigation and study, the unit of the existing liquidity management, inventory, accounts receivable, according to the company’s management present situation and operation situation of in-depth analysis of the causes of the phenomenon, and the specific problem put forward reasonable suggestions and solutions, as the company is designed to meet the current assets operation structure to the features of the development, energy saving, greatly enhance the utilization rate of the assets of the enterprise. Through the research results of this paper, it is revealed that the other chemical units in the industry, which provide reference for the management of current assets of other enterprises.The study pointed out that liquidity management in a chemical enterprise face big problems, the enterprise monetary fund management problems mainly lies in companies in the financial, personnel quality is not high, professional level low and finance team construction is not perfect, lack of professional talents. As a result, the company management of cash assets is not strictly, the inability to plan an effective amount of cash to use. So in the process of production and operation of the company, there may be a cash shortage or cash surplus phenomenon. Lack of cash management, but also caused confusion in asset management, reduce the company’s asset utilization efficiency. Accounts receivable management is mainly reflected in the accounts receivable aging, easily lead to bad debts, we should pay more attention to. Lack of effective supervision and management of accounts receivable. Inventory management problem of a chemical enterprise mainly lies in the rising cost of materials, the one hand, the purchasing cost is not controlled well, on the other hand, the rising cost of materials and increased competition. The enterprise is concerned about the risk of inventory is not enough, the lack of understanding of the risk of inventory.In view of the above problems, in reference to Praxair Chemical Co., Ltd., Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation, Japan and British Arden chemical company well-known chemical enterprises liquidity management on the basis of the experience, combined with a chemical enterprise practice, this paper presents improved efficiency in the use of funds, the improvement scheme of the finished good money management control system of a chemical enterprise financial management problems. To strengthen the management of accounts receivable, strengthen the internal control of accounts receivable and other receivables management improvement program. Put forward to reduce the cost of procurement, the development of scientific and reasonable inventory management system, such as the enterprise inventory management problems of improvement program. At the same time improved from upstream and downstream related enterprise finance, as a new choice of crude oil futures hedging tools, leveraging the "Internet plus" to promote and put forward new ideas of a chemical enterprise liquidity management in the three aspects of financial management innovation.
