X Automobile Company has put into operation a series of products, such as B005, B007,and has established a good reputation and brand awareness. In order to continue and expand B005 product market space, and better allocate resources, X Automobile Company starts B001 series cars which represents the most cutting-edge technology whose goal is to fully cover the A-class car market and to provide more and better brand B car products for users.This paper focuses on the analysis of project investment benefit combined researching of market forecast, product selection, factory design, environmental protection and safety, project investment, financing, benefit and risk of B001 new car project with the knowledge of project management and the relevant principles of economics. Through the project benefit and risk assessment, this paper argues that the B001 new car models has broad market prospects, appropriate production plan, feasible financing plan, good project benefit, strong anti risk ability, and is of great strategic significance to X Automobile Company. Hence this paper recommends the implementation of B001 new car project.
