In the background of global warming, carbon emissions has become an important issue for all countries focus on and has become an important research area of the theory of sustainable development, more and more scholars have begun to pay more attention and study carbon emissions. One of the important aspects of the domestic and foreign research is study on the influence factors of carbon emissions and come to a conclusion that economic growth and industrial structure have big impact on carbon emissions through factor decomposition. But because of the different develop stages for each country, there is a great difference in carbon emissions and have a different emphasis in reducing carbon emissions.As the largest developing country and the main country of carbon emissions, it is very important for china to reduce carbon emissions at the time of economic development. Since the reform and opening up, there is a big change in our country, for one thing, our economics has been developing rapidly and industrial structure has been evolving constantly. For another, carbon emissions continue to increase. We can make an conclusion that there is an obvious relevance among economic development、industrial structure evolution and carbon emissions. Meantime, it has been a qualitative analysis on the impact of carbon emissions.Through by combining theoretical analysis and empirical analysis of proportion, descriptive analysis and econometric model test method, this paper makes a deep study about the impact of economic development and industrial structure evolution on carbon emissions in order to discuss the future trend of our country carbon emissions with the continuous adjustment of China’s economy and the continuous development of the industrial structure. And with the continuous advance of China’s industrialization and urbanization process, this paper makes more targeted suggestions according to the research results.
