During the People’s Congress Meeting held on March 5, 2015, Premier Li Keqiang put forward "Internet +" plan of action for the first time in his government work report, pulled open the prelude to the Internet China. In the future, all the enterprises will become the Internet enterprise and data-driven enterprise. With the rapid development of China’s macro economy, to eliminate IOE and be comprehensive localization will become the direction of the enterprise information construction for a period of time in the future.With the country strategy of integrate IT application with industrialization development, Sichuan province and Chengdu city government’s support and State industry policies for the development of computer software, which raise the voyage sails of the development and creating a good living environment for SZ Technology Development Co., LTD.(hereinafter referred to as the "SZ company"). Since 2008, SZ company insistently increase investment in research and development and focus on the key point; Keep the leading position in marketing segment such as financial channel application, enterprise customer application, information asset management and analysis, personal financial services.At the same time, against the background of eliminating IOE and comprehensive localization as well as the "Internet +" plan of action, SZ company original sales system already cannot satisfy the new demand and the development.The previous sales management and human management had many problems and hindered the rapid development of the company. So these need to reform to raise the level of management and adapt to the comprehensive development of the enterprise in the future. Personnel team needs to be integrated, sales management needs to be changed, and the upstream manufacturers resources needs to be integrated. All of these can ensure the company to catch up the new wave of purchasing situation. And the development of the listed companies need also request sales system reform. This thesis focus on the sales, the structure of the product and the structure of human resources of SZ company, deeply analyze the issues on market competition, staff shortages, resource integration which SZ company facing currently. Then put forward the corresponding solutions, targeted improvement measures, and own opinions and suggestions for the SZ company new sales system reform.This thesis aims to systemic analysis SZ company sales system present situation, the problems existing in the development process and marketing system, business development strategy and so on, to find out the gap between SZ company and other benchmarking companies in the industry, to put forward opinions and suggest on the development of SZ company reform and strategy.
