In modern logistics and transportation system, more than 90% of global international freight is completed by container. Container transport occupies an important position in the global logistics and transportation. In the global manufacturing of containers, China’s manufacturing of containers accounts for more than 95% of the total global container manufacturing. At the same time, the throughput capacity and trade volume of containers in China have also occupied a dominant position in the world. Considering the great advantages of our country in container production, throughput capacity and trade volume, and also in order to meet the container manufacturing enterprises and the majority of users for the visual tracking of containers, it needs a container platform owning complete function and information for the services. Container Public Service Platform is a third party service platform with a set of container online transactions, container tracking and other related services.The paper relies on the Science and Technology Support Program of National Ministry of Science and Technology (2014BAH23F01). Based on Container Public Service Platform, platform service mode, customer classification, customer transformation and profit mode have been discussed.Firstly, the paper has put forward the container public service platform for one-stop service mode. And the connotation of the one-stop service mode has been detailed from platform positioning, platform service objects, service model classification and service flow angle.Secondly, from the point of view of the platform customer, the paper has chosen the customer value as the standard to classify the customers. Based on the customer current value and potential value, the evaluation index system of customer value has been established. K-means algorithm has been used to analyze customer value evaluation results clustering. Thus the customer classification has been completed. Finally the empirical analysis has been made.Thirdly, according to the results of customer classification of Container Public Service Platform, the platform customer transition problem has been studied. The game model of the problem about whether the platform chooses to convert the customer and whether the customer chooses the transition has been constructed based on evolutionary game theory. The specific impact factors affecting the platform and customer strategies have been analyzed. Finally, the example has been verified and the measures which the platform can take have been put forward to promote the transformation of the customers.Then, the profit mode of Container Public Service Platform has been analyzed in this paper. Through the profit factor analysis, two key factors have been obtained, respectively for the customer and the service platform function. Finally from the point of view of the customer classification and platform function, the platform profit mode has been described.Finally, the main conclusions and the next issues to be studied have been summarized.
