National Development and Reform Commission of the People’s Republic of China declared the new pricing mechanism of petrol. The pricing adjustment pattern has decreased from 22 working days to 10 working days. It means that the storage cost will decrease when the price keeps falling. However, consistently growth may cause storage cost rising and profit decreasing. In addition, since the petrol price remain unsteady in 2012, there are a lot of abnormal situations happened including dramatically increasing and decreasing. Therefore, unsteady price changes and 4% pricing restriction may prevent storage expansion. There are several solutions to reduce loss which includes accelerating the speed of cash flow, increasing sales and reduce storage cost.Based on the marketing theory, it explains internal market’s feature of petrol, and introduce the local market in where PC Company’s branch operate. It also uses 4C,4P and 4R theories to improve PC Company’s current strategies. According to SWOT analysis, it will study this company based on internal to external environment. In addition, this article improve the current PC company’s strategy based on analysis and marketing environment, and propose several new plans including product strategy, service strategy, channel strategy, promotion strategy and public relationship strategy. Besides, it proposes necessary inspection method to ensure their application as well. In conclusion, this article would like to provide some further help and information for PC Company’s development in the future.According to PC Company’s analysis, it’s able to help the company preciously find the changes in the petrol market and take effective methods to react. Hopefully, the experience can be refer to other company’s and help them to go futher.
