In recent years, with the rapid development of economy in China, the business model of commercial banks has changed a lot, and gradually from the wholesale business to retail business model. The retail business has become the main competition of commercial banks in the background, the Bank of China P branch, in order to better withstand the financial risks and expand the banking business, you need to adjust and improve the structure of banking business income, and constantly changing business model, improve the level of bank profits. In the process of this transformation, the development of retail business is the main direction and way of the income structure of P sub branch.This paper is mainly about the development of the retail business market in the P sub branch of Bank of china. In this paper, we study the idea of "putting forward the problem, analyzing the problem and solving the problem". First of all, the domestic and foreign commercial banks in the retail business of the relevant theory of the comb. Secondly, the detailed analysis of the development of the retail business development of the Bank of China P branch, the status quo and the relevant issues.
