Along with the growth of per capita disposable income and continuous adjustment of holiday system, the rural tourism now has developed into urban residents travel darling. Development of rural tourism is of great significance, the economic benefit is self-evident, and it is the effective means to realize the socialism new rural reconstruction, when prospering the regional economy, it narrows the gap between town and city; Increasingly rationalization along with the development of rural tourism, people show respect to the nature powerful, the sublimation of environmental protection increases, then it plays a role in improving the living environment.This paper chooses Dujiangyan as the object of study. At first, I have a global understanding of the research of rural tourism by reviewing the literature, and combining the main point of other scholars to explain the meaning of rural tourism. Then doing the different survey with local people and tourists in Mountain qingcheng、Hong Kou、Sha Xi and Xiang E by questionnaire. Summarizing the mode of tousism and the problems exist from the local people’s answers. Dividing the tourists market and finding out the problems exist from the tourists’answers. Finally, Using the statistic software excel to check the data.With the questionnaires from the residents and tourists, we found that Dujiangyan’s rural tourism mainly exist five problems. They are disorderly market specification, development mode is not complete; A single short chains of the tourism industry, tourism products is simple, scenic spot low profile; Inadequate infrastructure, supporting facilities are not complete. Objective fuzzy practitioners, business projects frequently changed. After that, we make five suggestions. They are strengthening the effect of government, making strict rules; clarifying the relationship of development, finding the appropriate develop mode; aiming at the market, developing the appropriate products; completing the infrastructure construction, increasing the tourism project; importing the talents, increasing training courses.
