In recent years,China has proposed and implemented the "along the way" international development supporting strategy and improved the foreign investment laws system, many Chinese enterprises actively expand overseas financing channels and strive to invest overseas. All these factors has accelerated China’s pace of opening to the world and enterprises’ international development. China is encouraging its enterprise to go abroad, based on the fact that all the global company is becoming more integrated. In the process of going abroad, many Chinese companies failed due to all kinds of reasons. Only a few of them succeeded. How to help Chinese companies to become successful in the process of going abroad is becoming an urgent task. If we can breakthrough in theories and help them to act according to the theory, it will be helpful for our country to implement its "going abroad" strategy.Our research is based on FDI theories. We analyze and study Higasket internatio nalization case, to know how it make and implement its internationalizationstrateg y, and to summarize the key factors of its success and the main difficulties andproble ms it faced during its internationalization process and how it find solutions to its prob lems. This paper is divided into five chapters:Chapter 1 Introduction, introduces the background and the purpose of this research. Review of current research both domestic and international. Brief introduction of the research method and features and innovation points of this pater.Chapter 2 Theory bases, reviews the basic concepts and relative theories of FDI.Chapter 3 The making of Higasket internationalization strategy, briefs the company profile of Higasket group and its internationalization framework.Chapter 4 analyzes the difficulties and problems Higasket faced during its internationalization process, and summarizes its successful experience.Chapter 5 is Conclusion.Our conclusion is that the MONOPOLIZED COMPETETENCY THEORY is the most useful and valuable theory for company internationalization among all FDI theories. "To get monopolized competency" is the key success factor for Higasket internalization. This paper puts forward some useful suggetions for companies who are pursuing internationalization:First, if one company want to be successful in the international competition, it must try to own some kind of monopolized competency advantage.Second, government should give more support in policy and fund to support the SEM who is now pursuing internationalization.Third, the SEM who want to go abroad should exercise its capabilities which are related to its internationalization.Final, the SEM who want to go abroad should recruit and educate its human resource to adapt to working globally.The conclusion and suggestions of this paper has important theoretical value and empirical value for many Chinese companies who are going to global market.
