Abstract/Summary:
The auto sales model of development in China, started from a single sales company, a single maintenance company to the current gradually matured 4S shop model. With the adjustment of national policies and the relationship changing between supply and demand car, car manufacturers and dealers are facing more competitive pressure on the living conditions and the gradually relaxation of automobile sales channels and controlling of sales model. However, even the market conditions as well as policy guidance are changing all the time, the sales model and management of our car dealer still depends on the guidance from manufactures and experience early, facing the gradually worsening market environment, they do not explore a suitable method for their survival and development.The purpose of this study is for the every sub-groups affiliated Qimao HS /subsidiaries developments, combined with the national policy changes, automobile manufacturers policy changes, changes in market conditions, the current international and domestic advanced management concepts, guided by the modern organization theory and modular theory, improved by optimizing its organizational system, and actively seek auto sales business breakthrough on the innovation management ideas.On the basis of elaborating relevant organizations theories, it analyzes the characteristics of domestic and international car sales model and enterprise internal organization system, evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of the existing HS Carsell Group Qimao sales organization system, pointing out that the main problem they face is the organization limitation of the system, poor communication between the management and 4S shop resulting cannot give effective guidance regulation; longitudinal service mode of services terminal cannot meet the diverse needs of consumers; increasing scientific progress, effectively sales model and channel cannot service sales terminal well;effectively management and assessment methods can not cover sales service terminal; autoindustry’s high rate of staff turnover, long cycle of employee development, increasing the Group’s labor costs. Faced with an increasingly tough competitive situation, we propose HS Carsell Group Qimao sector build up modular organization system, and the optimization of the organizational structure, strengthen business department connection,performance appraisal, department cooperation, coordination between cooperative enterprises promote organizational change related measurements are put forward.
