Urbanization is an inevitable trend of China’s social and economic development, with the rapid progress of urbanization, more and more farmers move to Farmer’s Residential Centralization (F.R.C.). F.R.C., for the economical use of land resources, to provide farmers with a good living environment, the implementation of community-based management, and to promote the development of urbanization is of great significance.However, the employment situation and lifestyle and income and expenditure of farmers have also led to be changed dramatically by the FRC. After live together, the farmers did not realize the add value of wealth, income of them is not much improved, but the cost of living has increased dramatically, some farmers also face to landless, no work situation. Farmers in the various problems caused by living together can not be ignored, neither let the farmers live feed, but also allow farmers to better life, so that farmers become the real beneficiaries of urbanization, which is related to the maintenance and construction of the social order, and even the Chinese community important topic of the overall transformation and development, worthy of our exploration and research.In this article, in the background of Zhangjiagang promoting urban-rural integration, through the investigation and analysis about the income of farmers before and after FRC in recent years, the impact of changes in the lives of farmers’ demolition compensation policy for land acquisition and relocation resettlement policy analysis, we dig deeper root causes damage to the interests of farmers. Based on this proposal to promote farmers live FRC, strengthen to focus on the demolition farmers problem, solve the problem of long-term livelihood of demolition farmers,to further protect the interests of farmers, in order to promote the steady development of economic, social harmony and progress.
