At present, agricultural infrastructure and rural economic development are relatively weak in China.Issues of agriculture, farmer and rural area is still the most important problem that government confronts. It is also the key to build China into a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.Under the background of the economic development of our country had entered new normal and agricultural development had faced new challenges, developing farmer specialized cooperatives further is not only an urgent need of agricultural modernization, but also an important means of resolving issues of agriculture, farmer and rural area.However, after years of development, the farmer specialized cooperatives are still at a low level of development in our country.At the same time,there are many problems in the farmer specialized cooperatives. One of the important reasons is the low level of internal trust in cooperatives organization. It leads to the low level of farmers’ cooperation willingness and degree. Therefore, analysising the issue of internal trust in cooperatives organizations and its influencing factors and exploring the relationship between trust and cooperation willingness can further improve the economic efficiency of cooperatives and promote lasting healthy development of cooperatives.In order to address the problem of internal trust in farmer specialized cooperatives, this paper reviews the literature of organization trust,and divides cooperatives organizations trust into interpersonal trust(trust in president and trust in members) and institutional trust. Besides, this paper explores different factors that affecting each trust dimension. Then theoretically analyze the cooperative organizations trust impact on members’ cooperation willingness.Finally, on the basis of theoretical analysis and combining with the practice of cooperatives, the paper build an analysis framework. With the 269 valid samples from 30 cooperatives in Zhejiang Province, this paper has done empirical research.The results have shown that the most important factor is the president the ability to trust in president, followed by the superior-subordinate relationship. The impact of president integrity on trust in president is not significant. The most important factor is the trust between member relations member, followed by members integrity. The influence of members’ ability on trust in members is not significant. Four institutional factors have an significant impact on institutional trust, in order, organizational performance, organizational justice, organizational system, organizational reputation.The relationship acquaintance still has a very important influence on interpersonal trust in cooperative organization. However, under the influence of the market economy, it has changed a little. Members pay more attention to cooperatives president’s ability than superior-subordinate relationship, while the relationship between the members still play a major role in trust in members.President trust and institutional trust have a very important impact on cooperation willingness. The impact of members trust is weaker. It is worth noting that interpersonal trust not only have a direct impact on cooperation willingness, but also have an impact throuth institutional trust in a large extent.In addition, the study also found that some members’ characters have a significant effect on interpersonal trust, institutional trust and cooperation willingness.Finally, this paper presents some policy recommendations according to the results of empirical analysis. They include strengthening the co-president of training, promoting communication between president and members, improving operational efficiency of cooperatives, perfecting cooperatives rules and norms and emphasizing on organizational justice.
