With the rapid development of Internet technology, e-commerce has become the focus of attention and research, a large number of B2 C e-commerce enterprise rise. Logistics distribution mode and the inventory problem is always important parts of logistics system research, the selection of distribution mode and the optimization of inventory decision is of important significance for the development and the production and business operation of the electronic business enterprise.In this paper, firstly, a brief introduction to the main electricity business enterprise logistics mode, analyzes the factors that influence the selection of logistics mode, quantitative analysis of the logistics cost and establish total cost function model of the third party logistics and the self-run logistics. By comparison, it is found that the third party logistics is more suitable for the development of the AYF company, then construct the profit function model of decentralized decision and joint decision. By numerical example showing that under joint decision AYF makes more profit and the logistics service level is higher. However, the third party logistics company making more profit under decentralized decision, so third-party logistics companies will not choose cooperation. To achieve the Pareto efficiency of the whole profits, AYF company developed a incentive strategy of sharing service cost. We establish a contract cooperation model from the perspective of AYF company. We improve the logistics service level and their own profits, at the same time, ensuring the profit level of the third party logistics company higher than the decentralized decision making, and the profit increase of cooperation between both sides depend on m.Secondly, we based on the EOQ model, starting from the characteristics of electricity enterprises, we establish the inventory control model under existing factors such as returns, compensation for late delivery, and quantity discount. We research on the problems of enterprise how to choose the delivery cycle and quantity, at the same time, finding the optimal order quantity and ordering cycle. Finally this paper gives the relevant conclusions, the shortcomings and future research directions.
