With the development of cloud computing technology, the use of cloud services continues to increase, The transactions of cloud computing resources are increasing frequently; how to find the most suitable cloud resource providers, how to allocate and trade the cloud resources more reasonably has become an urgent problem that need to be solved. The economic characteristics of cloud resources has made more and more computing economics model was applied to cloud resource allocation. On the basis of the existing cloud computing resource combinatorial double auction model, firstly, this paper analyzes the research status of the past cloud resource auction model and the problem of the low efficiency of the transaction, the imbalance of resource supply and demand. Secondly,in order to avoid the dishonest behavior.the trust mechanism is added to the combinatorial double auction model, the price offered by the cloud resource provider is translate into price which is based on the trust. Finally, for cloud providers who can not complete task, in view of the penalty was not considered in previous studies, in this paper, a penalty mechanism was proposed based on QoS from two aspects:user feedback and service monitoring. The result of the simulation experiments show that the proposed model based on trust and user preferences, which can effectively prevent malicious nodes from entering into the transaction, moreover, users can obtain resources by using lower price and gain more benefits. Cloud resource providers can also obtain more benefit from users by selling more resources, thus, the resources relationship between supply and demand can be adjusted more reasonable, in order to avoid in a certain period of time supply exceeds demand, but at other times, demand exceeds supply. The cloud providers that can not complete corresponding QoS will receive penalty, which will motivate cloud providers to provider better cloud services.
