Recent years,as urbanization is keeping advancing,cause more and more land demolition projects.Till 2020, The population in Sanming is around 2,800,000, urban population is 1,740,000,urbanization rate of permanent resident population will be 62%. Urbanization reflects urban space keep expanding to suburb. It brings plenty of land demolition projects and causes more and more disputes during land expropriation and house demolition.Basic on above, this essay take Meilie District for the representative sample,using document research,game theory,induction analysis method and so on, doing research on basic level land demolition management with stakeholder theory,bringing forward stakeholder’s demand for interest which government should pay attention to it during land demolition, to put forward feasible methods for promoting the construction of national legal system, carrying out harmonious and transparent land demolition, pushing on the construction of urban-rural integration.This essay includes seven parts:First, indicate the background and purpose of the topic, point out the research idea and method, illustrate the main content and possible innovation.Second, define the meaning of land demolition, explain new public service,stakeholder theory and so on.Third, use stakeholder theory to identify stakeholder which are government,property developers and the people who relocated for settles during land demolition in rural-urban continuum, and also analyze the relationship among them.Forth,collecting the questionnaires to analyze the land demolition work in Meilie District, Sanming City, introduce the main methods to do this work and analyze the current situation in this area.Fifth, point out the main problem and explain the reason of land demolition in Meilie District.Sixth,put forward the suggestions to improve land demolition in Meilie District, Sanming City,which strengthen stakeholders’coordination,define the range of public benefit clearly,revise land demolition compensation standard in time,complete relative social insurance system and supervision mechanism for land demolition.The last part gives the summary and discussion.
