| With the development of social economy and reform and opening up 30 years, China has created many policies to attracting foreign investment. Particularly, Suzhou has attracted a large number of foreign tourists and foreign investors, this rising caused Suzhou foreign chambers commerce coming out which on behalf of foreign investors’ interests. However, Suzhou foreign chambers commerce developed not reach to 20 years, China central government and each local government’s laws and regulation for the management of foreign chambers commerce are not healthy, there are varieties management problems for Suzhou foreign chambers commerce in the political and economic areas, this article is to addressing these problems and find out the corresponding solutions & proposals.This article referred lots of methods of literature, investigation, comparative to comparing the Suzhou foreign chambers commerce with Chinese foreign chambers commerce, found out that the rising of Suzhou foreign chambers commerce has its historical reasons but also is the needs of Chinese economic developed in the Suzhou area. Suzhou European Association,Suzhou Business Association of Canada, Suzhou Japanese Club., Etc. commerce are actively activities, and this commerce positively organized their members’ activities, interaction, assisted for the foreign investment, played a positive role for the economic development of Suzhou. But the associations are still in the budding development stage, due to the historical development,the absence of national legislation, lacking of funds, lacking the legal norms and regulations,lacking supervision, lacking full-time professional staffs, the narrow of the activities network.According to the current problems, the article proposed that build the prevention &punishment mechanism, the classification/partition management, strengthen legislation, guiding according to the law, cultivating the third party evaluation institutions, training the professional talents. |
