Refined management has been prevailing in the nowadays competition of banking industry, which has witnessed more target market fragmentation, flawed capital market. In such context, risk management stemming from credit activities ranks the top among the long lists of the concerns of financial institutions and has been widely cited as an integral part of core competence, determining the profitability and sustainability of a particular institution. As a state-owned and nationally held bank, the Agricultural bank of China(Liaoning Branch) has been seeing a disparity with the competitors in terms of credit risk control, due to its extensive approach, its inertia in reform, its missing link in the whole strategy, although the bank has been transforming itself. Credit risk management is more extensive, in credit risk management organization struct, the credit operation process, the credit risk measment method, the economic capital, credit constraints, and guide staff team construction management has many problemsThe thesis attempts to analyze the roots of the problems, introduce the new concept of refined management, recommend some feasible approaches based on the study of the relevant cases.
