The Eighteen reports of the Chinese Communist party that point out how to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,we have to promote the prosperity of the development by socialist culture,a new upsurge of building social culture with Chinese characteristics,enhance the power of national cultural,the culture will be become a new coordinate of fashion,people educated by our culture,to serve social community world,to push the function of development.Children are the future and hope of the nation,children’s moral education will effect directly how the moral quality of the people in future,and whole china will be influenced by the moral civilization construction.Based on the particularity of the children,influenced by TV ads on the normal life.But various forms of TV advertising have positive or negative influence on children,training and negative TV ads will interference that children’s physical and psychological health and ideological and moral cultivation,Therefore,analyzing the effect of television advertising on children’s moral education, strengthen the TV advertising supervision by government,strengthen the social, school and parents how to guide children,building the campus’ media literacy education,to enhance the ability of children to malnutrition and vulgar TV advertising resist so as to enhance the children’s moral quality.To strengthen the TV advertising supervision and moral education for children which is meaningful for cultivating the talents,and improving the ideological and moral status of Chinese cultural environment.For this summary,the research objective are 3-12 years old children and television advertisement,made a survey about TV advertisement that how to make the positive moral education for children,using the questionnaire for empirical research,the survey result will show the children of china how the effect by TV advertising.According to the result of survey and questionnaire analysis of classical television case,find out the reasons of children by television advertising effects from children,parents,schools and social community.Eventually,TV advertisers,advertising agencies and media have the responsibility to plan and made the advertising what have the positive effect for children’s moral development.
